The hotel rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable for our family, although smaller than expected and lacking a view. The service was nice and helpful, though not extraordinary. Its location was excellent, just a short walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Dining options were a bit sparse, leading us to eat out. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
